Guten Tag,

I was at ze Battleship Westphalen when I got several messages about unlawful actions in our great Fatherland.

At first I've set my course to ze Planet New-Berlin to get ze priorities of ze messages.
When I arrived I got my first contact:

Michael Kuiper, who was using a Rheinwehr-Transmitter signal with a police ship. I asked why he was flying one. He told me all Wraths were completely sold out. But he said he will change his ship as fast as he can.

Ze next task was ze way to Station Mainz in Frankfurt. At ze jump gate I saw a republic train without any escort. I escorted him to Mainz. On ze Mannheim station some hessian patrols wanted to intercept ze train. Fortunately I could protect him.

Arrived at ze station I controled ze kusari traffic. IMG mining vessel pilot Carsten Miller was carrying silver Ore's. I don't know wheter he was allowed to mine in Rheinland, but his papers seemed ok. He also told me something about an Order cruiser in ze Omega 7 system. I've sended out an patrol to check this. Later I lost ze contact to zem...

I continued my patrol in Berlin. After a routine check. I controlled an rheinland civilian who was carrying rheinland pirates. I told him, that his ship isn't save enough to hold zem safely. So he was taking zem in my charge.

Some minutes later a train crossed my way. I scanned him and found some contraband. I ordered him to drop zem and pay a standard fine. I think ze contraband software infected his ship systems because his credit-payment-systems didn't work correctly. When his defence system got my target locking ze payment system worked "surprisingly". He paid a 500.000c bonus for ze rheinwehr.

At ze same time a Bowex-Convoy was passing through Berlin. (headed to Frankfurt) After a cargo scan I granted him permission to proceed.

I assumed a gold transporter could entice some pirates so I was heading back to Frankfurt.
Zere weren't pirates, but a smuggler again. After several warnings I told him his options. When I was saying something about ze fine, he tried to bribe me! I increased ze fine to 4 mio and let him ze "Pay or be destroyed" option. He decided to flee. I started my enganging. After we passed ze Hamburg Jumphole a Rheinwehr bomber assisted me. After ze smuggler was destroyed I scanned ze bomber for potential damage. I saw that he mounted a Nova-torpedo. As far as I know a snubnose should better use a S.N.A.C. So I gave him ze 500k bonus of ze smuggler "Tarkan_3".

Apropos Tarkan_3, he was flying into liberty direction. I told him to stop. He refused. He asked my why. I told him zere is an embargo between rheinland and liberty. He turned back. Holy crap, he was out of my range and turned back... So he didn't commit a crime. I granted him docking rights at planet Hamburg. He was selling his cargo zere and flew back into Rheinland another core system.

I waited at ze Border to catch more of ze "ignoranced" traders. Ze next one arrived some seconds later. But I transmitted a routine message, which says no cargo may pass to ze donut eater. I scanned him and got some consumer goods. My bad! he was an Orbital Spa and Cruise ship and carried some vacationers. He was allowed to proceed.

Ze next one was a rheinland freelancer. He was carrying some luxury food to liberty. After a communication problem (he was using ze native rheinland dialect) I told him he isn't allowed to pass. He turned back and flew to Kusari.

And ze last one was a Zoner who headed to Freeport 2. He was also allowed to pass.
