How to test your connection using WinMTR (Bump)

I haven't seen many responses in here offering any help on the subject of high loss and lag recently, but I might as well toss my issues into the mix.

For the past two days or so, high loss has made playing on the server nigh impossible. I watch events unfold in game as they happened five minutes ago in real time.



Does this list of numbers and things shed any light on where the problem may be? Is it that one thing that has 29% loss?
