wild suggestion, Get & Install Game booster from IOBit ( http://iobit.com )
It allows you to shut off un needed operations on your computer temporarily so you have more memory & less interruptions. Once your done playing, just de activate the game booster.

Small download & couldn't hurt to try..
also, you sure the ports are not blocked by your router?
