Trust me, none of us really care for some Hispanians faaar away from our Homeland. Oh, trust me.

Furthermore, your or your friends' names aren't avaiable, nor are recommendations from any goverment officials or military officers. We can't give out tech to random, possibly terrorists or outlaws. And definately outcasts from their own society.

Lastly, didn't you think about other alternatives? Civilian miner, of Mafic-class has high enough firepower. Enough to atomize any combatant in few seconds, if you apply its advantages right. Or what about Spatial deep space explorer? I heard that thing is quite hard stone to break... Or, lastly... Eagle class very heavy fighter? You're flying with friend anyway, so two Eagles are better then two bricks like Mjolnir is.
