Furthermore, how will RHEINLAND benefit from handling out their excellent (perhaps not handsome, but who cares!) brand-new technology to mercenaries without anything in background, usefull for Rheinland? You're going to hunt Outcasts: we don't really care, as they're murdered everywhere by everyone.
