It has taken some time, but finally I managed to make my ships space worthy again. Last few years they were out of service weren't kind to them. Sabres belong to space, they should never rot away on a planet'¦ Both the sabre and falcata were repainted, rearmed and had their engines refitted. They are also in line with 101st transponder regulations.
My sabre was also tested in combat situation just a while ago.
It would seem capital ships are expendable to corsairs as they sent several of them to our space, with almost no fighter support. The battle'¦ slaughter happened a short distance from Malta, and involved several corsair battleships and cruisers as well as few petty titans. Our side had sabres and falcatas with one destroyer as backup.
Not a long or exciting fight, but you cant expect something more from slime coming from planet Crete. In the end they were defeated with minimal casualties on our side, and as far as I saw only one ship escaped us.
I took the liberty of documenting several wrecks left after the fight. Maybe we should contact some junkers to remove them? Wreck #1 Wreck #2 Wreck #3 Wreck #4
