The reason of me messaging again is that The Council High Command has been reviewed your offer et already made it's decision about it this fast. I have to inform you that your offer has been rejected. We believe that our planetary defenses are enough to protect us in case of an orbital and/or surface assault. Furthermore we have no interest in letting our system to be used as a base of operations for groups other than the ones inhabiting it.

As for your dreadnought, we relayed et uploaded a file to the operating computer onboard. This program will ensure the deletion of flight data since the second last jump, et will ensure that no log will be made until the second jump after leaving Roussillon. After it, it will expire et delete itself, so don't worry.

However, don't forget to refrain from returning into the system prior to having permission to do so granted by The Council High Command. You can ask for permission anytime via the Neural Net.
