Alright, enough's enough! I've been stuck in Philly for the last five minutes trying to get the bartender to complete my paperwork and he's still refusing to sign. How about you cut a little cash out of the sargeants' library fund to help a new guy out? I figure an easy 2 mil should do it. I'll find a citizen or two to help pay it back with interest as soon as I hit the trade lanes.
