If you are a junker that pirates in the independent systems then your rep should be hostile. I believe this reflects rule play as well as role play.
There is no "lawful" or "unlawful" junkers. Junkers will help out both sides for money. So Rep could be green to all, as you do not go around yelling your helping 1 side or the other.
For example. I have a Junker Fighter in NY that hates all things not Liberty. So he has helped Lawfuls(after asking if they needed help) against Pirates/outcasts, and a few others not from Liberty. BUT! he still helps Rogues, and hackers as they are from Liberty. Just not infront of the lawfuls. As such he is green to all Liberty groups both lawful, and unlawful. Hell he has even helped a xenos fend off 2 Rheinlanders(ofcourse we both vowed to kill each other next time).
So if your junker has no issue with BHs? then go green/grey after all it makes life alot easier when entire battle groups do not start firing just because 1 ship pops out of a TL near you.
