About that second Tridente, I did shot at him (didn't get the frag though), and the fight occured in Tau 23 because I found him there after the "battle" in Tau 37. Oh and if you think I didn't fired at him at all, I suggest you ask the SMP, they can provide evidence. I hope this will be enough for my payment.
