I hope you're aware of terrorist cells using your stations to launch attacks against the Crown and civilians within Bretonian space, as well as harboring Kusari fugitives, and multiple times members of the Armed Forces and other Bretonian organizations informed you of the terrorist cell known as "The Indians" which have been known to operate out of a Junker station the far reaches of Bretonian space, Inverness.

You may not however be aware of the criminal charges the entire Junker Congress is going to face for harboring such fugitives. Nor that your little problem hasn't been fixed, like we've requested. Multiple times.

Your message to Director Lawson said that you've barred the terrorists from using Trafalgar, yet the other day an Indian landed on the station infront of Armed Officers, who were in the midst of chasing it down, after nearly killing an Agent of the Crown, and a Commander of the crown. I should remind you those are criminal charges, as well as housing a fugitive.

Some time ago, a field agent reported to the board directed to investigate these terrorists that they still are using Junker stations, the agent was the very agent that reported yesterdays incident to the Director of Intelligence. As show below.

Until this is properly dealt with, all Junker vessels are to be treated as enemies of the crown for supporting and supplying known terrorists in Bretonian space. And are henceforth banned from Bretonian space itself, any Junker vessel found in Bretonian space will be engaged and destroyed until the demands of the Crown have been met. We've told you twice to deal with this problem, and both times you've lied to the Crown. It's time we take actions, we might be at war with the Kusari Empire, but that doesn't give any smaller group the right to infringe on our laws, or make a mockery of us.
