Sir Howe,

I must say that the Armed forces were much more accomodating in thier discussions with us in the "First Request" that you mention.

Regardless, you come to us now as if we have not done as was asked in those Requests. Of the ships mentioned in those requests can you provided evidence of thier repeat offences of dock on our bases?
We can only work on the names we are given. Which in this recent evidence is an entirely new one which we are unaware of.
We could of cource enact a ban on all ships with an IFF of "The" but that would be rather silly as I would also be banning myself while flying .:j:.The.Opportunity.

Now then. We cannot enforce docking laws if our own guardsmen are going to be shotdown by the Authoritys. So I do request that this Ban of Junker vessels be lifted so that we can acctualy enact the demand you make.
Also, if you can procure evidence of the Indians working alongside Hogosha ships we would be VERY happy to see that.

Sir Howe, if you knew the Junkers, and I'm sure your inteligence services make sure you do. You would know that we would never wish harm upon civilians. In the long run we Junkers are all civilians, we are hardly a military outfit would you not agree? Would you also not agree that the previous requests were not dealt with swiftly?

Grant us our freedom again and we will cooperate as we always have done.
We can also resume our Scrap Mining operations in NL, the labours of this are being delivered to the BPA for them to have convicts bash into your new ship parts and munitions.
