Going onto the Nyza issue i have now got my Mercenary ID for my BH Bomber. since i am merc but i own a BH Bomber can i dock with pirate bases? like Buffalo or crete or examples.

and i know mercs can pirate but not oftent so could i pirate like once a week or somehint along those lines?

You seem to want to skirt every possible line between what you can and cannot do here in your questions. That is going to get you into trouble. Disco's cemetary is littered with the graves of people who showed up and grabbed a Mercenary ID because they thought it allowed them to do anything. I highly suggest you get a more limited ID, team up with player faction players (even joining a player faction), and let them teach you how to do things here.
Or you can keep trying to push every limit you find, and no doubt I'll be seeing you again soon.
