*** Transmission ***
To: Admiral Alec Voelkel
From: Cpt. Vasili Pupkin
Subject: Freelancer

Hello, Admiral. This is Vasili Pupkin, the captain of the SovTransAvto vessel, which was screened by the Freelancer above. If the above Freelancer is working for Rheinland, perhaps he should identify himself as such. I am saying this because the above pilot , when he saw my ship, just sent out a transmission: "Do you have permission to haul that cargo?" With all do respect, why should I answer to anyone I meet in space? Do you agree that there are a lot of random pilots and I have no obligation to describe to any of them where I am going, what I am hauling and do I have the right papers. Basically, the above freelancer did not identify himself as an Rheinland's employee and started asking me questions. I didn't really like that, so I told him to stop making me laugh. And he replied that he has big guns to blow me away and shot at me, taking my shields to less than 50%. I had this gut feeling that this particular freelancer was not just there as a coincidence. So, I took the liberty of being close to a station, on which I immediately docked.
Perhaps you should instruct people to identify themselves as some sort of employee of yours? Because from my perspective, that freelancer is nothing but a flying meat popsicle.
With all your wisdom you can realize that such freelancer can cause an incident with another, more jumpy, pilot. It is up to you how you will react to my note, I am here just stating the fact that he was a tad annoying.

With all due respect,

Vasili Pupkin, Cpt of the SovTransAvto.
