No, the Xenos ID and RP is fine how it is. If the ID begins allowing capital ship, you will everybody and their dog flying Xenos Terrorist Battleships. We have enough capship whoring right now, we don't need another reason for it.

And to agree with what Victory said, how would they get capital ships? Their bases are to small to build it themselves. Plus they wouldn't have the time to build it with all the enemys they have.

So again, Xenos are fine just how they are.
