  Greetings, it is good to hear from our neighbours in omega-50.
  
  We off the Virulian Enclave, especially us off the Enclave Defense Force have been.. Concerned of the situation in 50, especially the security of the Boa Vista station.
  
  How ever, I do belive that you know that we 'The Virulian Enclave' no longer belong to the Zoner people, we are our own, but keep a close connection with the Temporary Autonomous Zoners and the OSI and call them allies in all times.
  
  We where left with 'governing' the Station of Boa Vista when we belonged to the Zoner Alliance, how ever, since we broke from their ways and frequencies, we still maintain a presence to insure it's safety. For both it's Zoner populace and the Virulian civilians stationed there to assist the populace and any ship that have landed with repairs and medical supplies and treatment.
  
  We do not govern it, we let it's inhabitants govern themselves, as ALL zoners have and should.
  
  The Recent situation in Theta, 74 with the Omicroners is nothing but a blow to all those zoner civilians around Sirius, their actions are... Mysterious..
  
  How ever, I can assure the Coalition that we Off the Virulian enclave have no ties with them no more. Not since they began to... Cause troubles for the others.
  
  We in the council, wish nothing but a peaceful co-existence with the Coalition.
