Kills:Outcast Falcata, Outcast Sabre.
Circumstances:Ran into three Outcasts in California a couple of days back. One got away sadly. I happened on them just as they concluded extorting money from a hapless trader. At least I assume that's what they were doing. When I tried to question the trader, he mumbled something about not wanting to get into trouble, and the three Outcasts immediately fired on my vessel. Didn't do them any good of course.
