showed their effort and liability for this organization.
Time has come to reward those pilots.

Following promotions are to be considered Effective immediately as they follow:

Ensign Brian Scott is promoted to Corporal.
Ensign Clint Eastwood is promoted to Sergeant.
Lieutenant Raoul Duke is promoted to Commander.
