I didn't mean "excessively" powerful; i just meant putting few more green and/or white sells to Slaver ID line in Tech Chart, nothing more than that. In particular, it would make sense if Slavers would be allowed to use some tech (guns and/or ships) from several unlawful factions, thus allowing Slaver ID ships to have combos of tech not available to any other ID. This would noticeably increase number of players trying Slaver ways, i believe?
