this would lead to increase of players playin Slavers BUT NOT PLAYIN AS SLAVERS ....the roleplay behind the ID would not get anything good from this. Most of newbies and lolwuts will just use the slavers advantages to get better arms and better ships for use of pointless pirating and shooting anybody they decide too...It is a good idea when you are looking on it from RP doin people side but we all know how disco is like and how it will end - if you are a slaver i belive you are able to get the stuff you need from the faction you want without changes in tech chart or as you pointed if any changes should be made - only white cells.
EDIT: about the OSC fighters wings I still say it is a good choice for people who want to play a security guard or an escort but not hunter ( going back to the main topic cause we changed it to slaver ID problem not the OSC slaver hunters ... or I got confused ):)
