Can a Harvester get a Corsair witness?

corsairs have nothing to do with harvesters atm, I don't remember for what reasons they became allied with OPG, but after OPG disbanded and sails show up in the space at the first time - since that moment, I can't recall any harvester trying to contact |sails. at this point i could simple shoot them, however, I'd like to see them as |sails allies if that would bring some fun and activity on both sides. don't forget that little part of |sails members were flying under OPG tagged ships.
