You guys don't seem to understand what Nathan was saying.
Here, we have Nathan making a somewhat rude comment saying that Disco won't have graphics retouched because of other mods' having it.
And here Mr.Ballz states to ignore the ignorant. By that he implies that Disco actually does have graphics retouched. Ignorant meaning that Nathan does not know.
So then Nathan says that we don't have better graphics/stuff 'cause he can't see them.

There. I hope that cleared things up.

just goes to show how much people actually pay attention to what others say.. let me make it crystal clear for you.

They won't do it cause someone else has done it. Tis the way it will be.

This has never been a discovery dev policy, and i have stated this many a time in the past on the dev forums where people have propped up and spammed such fibs, that:
1. stop spreading false facts
2. this is not how discovery's dev team works.

seeing as people still cannot get it through their heads this fact, i made a simple statement to ignore the ignorant.

and regarding your last post here:

the "fancy graphics" and "light reflection" will all be added in due time. there is alot that most of you are quite unaware of, and explaining that will require alot of time, something i do not have at the moment as im busy doing some actual work.

on a side note, just because other mods have certain features, does not mean we're going to have those exact features, and this can be for a number of reasons, such as being hard to make it work with discovery's setup, or it not working with discovery's balance, or it simply being a bad idea in the current disco game mechanics.
