How should Zoners "behave"?

Actually, the Hispanic Wars fuels the Zoner economy. Their staying neutral makes them loads of cash.

Tanktarget. THis thread is about AW. And, as I said, we have never asked for NPCs. We have said we would like to have them, but understand that it would be unnecessary and would receive opposition. So we don't ask. The AW should do the same, in my opinion.
