Makc just admitted that he's about 12 years old.

Do you really think sounds like a grown up, mature man, who have kids who are almost 2 times as old as I am?

Okay, seriously, kid - and I mean THAT - learn to lighten up, and get a sense of humor. There's this little thing in life called 'experience'. That's when you go have something happen, and you (hopefully) live through it, and perhaps learn something from it.

One thing that you can learn is that life is too damned short to take too seriously at times. First off, this is Flood. That means that stuff here is for fun.

It's not fun to wake up in the hospital room after having a testicle surgically removed because you have cancer, or undergoing chemotherapy, or having your chest cut open and a lung removed, or dying on the operating table.

It's not fun to go to court and testify that your ex-wife is an unfit mother who sees nothing wrong in letting a twice-convicted child molester and rapist babysit your children.

It's not fun to have the police come visit you at 3 AM because the same ex-wife is accusing you of not allowing her to have visitation, when you have proof you're following the court orders.

It's not fun being first on scene at an accident where you find out that while the human head can go through the windshield, the safety glass stopped the shoulders - so you find the head about 100 feet down the road, and the other 3 people in that car were also killed.

Been there, done that, to all of the above, and a hell of a lot more. So yeah, if you want to consider that drama, feel free to do so. I simply consider that SOME of the experiences of my life.

On the other hand, it is fun dealing with someone who's taking things in Flood way too seriously, and needs to learn to lighten up a little. There are times and places for seriousness, and there are times and places to be light, happy, and perhaps even a bronie.



Note - I'm NOT a bronie - that's just there as a gratuitous nod to those guys here that are.
