To: The Council of Corsair Elders

Fellow Elders,

The two worst strategic mistakes a warrior can make,
are acting prematurely and letting an opportunity slip.
To avoid this a warrior treats each situation as if it were unique and never resorts to formulae,
recipes or other people's opinions.

This is why my mentor, Elder Sephardi went his own way.
I never did or will doubt his judgement,
though today we stand at the dawn of a new era.

Time has come for the Council of Elders to reunite in its total occupation.
It is my firm belief that this will benefit not only the Black Sails and the Benitez,
but every Corsair man woman and child.

We are all fingers on the same hand.
Together we can make a strong fist.
A fist that can smash through any resistance.
And a fist that can hold a strong grip over the masses.

From this day on I will attend every council meeting.
