I'm not going to argue about the subject in question because that belongs in another thread. But I will say that your support of using a Moderator as an RP character who employs said Mod powers to give one side an advantage over another (without following procedures), tells me that you are not ready for this position and that whoever has appointed you ought to take note of it.
