Where are all the Mollies?

Pilot carrying this ID is a Molly, who :
Can trade and escort smugglers
Can fulfill bounty contracts
Can demand credits or cargo from traders and unallied smugglers or factions
Can engage pirates, terrorists and lawfuls within their Zone of Influence
Cannot ally with any lawfuls except with Bretonian lawfuls against Kusari lawfuls
Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing ID
Pilot carrying this ID is employed by Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing (BMM), who :
Can trade and escort traders,
Can attack pirates and terrorists in self-defense, to protect another trader, to assist lawful forces or in defence of corporate bases. May also actively hunt Independent Pirate and Molly ID pilots.
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls,
Cannot participate in any unlawful actions except against : Kusari lawfuls and Kusari commercial factions, IMG, Kruger, Daumann and Miner ID players within the Omegas and Taus only.
Cannot land on IMG, Kruger or Daumann bases.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Royal Liners.
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

I was looking at these ID's.



Why does the BMM one allow the 'active hunting of mollies', and the Molly ID not?
scenario 1
should the molly id be changed to include the active hunting of BMM?
should it be expanded to include BAF, BIS, BPA operating in Dublin?

pros/cons: since the mollies lost their enemy, the factions have died. if the armistice only applies outside dublin - i.e. mollies outside dublin are fair game, and baf/bis/bmm inside dublin are fair game - it will give mollies a purpose again

it might all turn into a pewpew fest though. this would mean that the indians would have to decide which side of the fence they are gonna come down on...

or should the BMM id be nerfed to remove this line.

pros/cons

whats the point of a BIS/BPA id if you can hunt characters as BMM? shouldn't bmm stick to pewpewing rocks and rock thieves? removing it would mean that it would be an indirect buff to the BPA/BIS tag.
