i am guilty of the really long stories, in fact mine are still going. but i tend to write mine in form of different events per post usually.

i always sit down and write the post i'm doing all at once because once i start i can't stop. i get an idea of a event and start writing and make it up as i go so i never know how long it will be at the first.

i don't hear much about people reading my story and get questioned ALOT ingame about "why'd you kill me?" or "what are you supposed to be?". those comments make me lean toward the fact that not a lot of people read them.
