' Wrote:That's pretty much what I would like as well. One of the tiniest details of Morrowind that I really missed in Oblivion was not being able to cover my armor with clothes. Nothing to me is more awesome than a Mage with Medium Armor Pauldrons and a Dreugh Helm sticking out from his robe. Making a Barbarian who fights in an Exquisite Skirt is also awesome. Pretty much, more customization would be really awesome. The fact that everything was so...Simplified in Oblivion in comparison to Morrowind was a real downer.:(
The hope is that Skyrim will have everything wanted and more.:)
I suppose the problem would be clipping on the clothes / armour. I mean, light armour with a cloak over the top? Groovy. Daedric Armour with a cloak over the top? Huh. We might have some rips going on here. Or some funny graphical anomalies involving bits of armour sticking through.
Capes would be epic though. I'd hope that with this mythical new game engine they've made they could sort all the above though. I mean... I'm envisioning an assassin in light armour concealing his weapons and armour with a loose robe at the moment... That would be awesome.
And I wonder if there'll be any stat-implications of the weather? I mean, Skyrim is frikken cold. Like Arctic cold. I can foresee people morphing into human popsicles if they chose to run around naked.
So looking forward to this. (And what's the bet that the first mod released will be a nudity patch? My understanding of human nature says it will be.:P)
