Eh. With a group as large and diverse as the Zoners, it's a given there's a few bad apples among them (Erisian pun intended). If you have any relevant transcripts, either in text or in guncam, please make those available... if there's enough there, we can put a bounty on this person - with the intent to cause this person financial damages until he pays his standing bill. The loss of a few cargo holds of whichever goods this Zoner is carrying should get the point across that stealing is ultimately costly.

Unforunately, i have no record of the scene, but Zoner Doc Holiday offered to pay me back, which is quite appreciated, i'll keep an eye opened to try to obtain infos on this false zoners and will keep you informed.
Unfortunately, i have another crime to signal, this one concerns a JUNKER that many IMG pilots know as "Jean De Afrique", he stole my mined but unlooted niobium twice yesterday and shot down my ship when it was full after that. I've been able to Eject Fortunately, as my crew did.
Here is the report:
I was asked to mine 7000 units, as my Hegemon was full (2540 units), i had a big quantity of Ore around my ship, suddenly this "Jean" arrived , looted all my cargo and left, IMG pilot Zed tried to catch him but too late, he had jumped to Orkney.
I contacted this junker to tell him that he had no choice but giving me back my cargo or he'll have a huge bounty on him and a constant threat each time he comes in Tau23, as we IMG miners are united against pirates.
So he said "sorry, i come back but don't shoot me" i said ok, when he came back, as he looked scared by IMG pilot protecting me, i told the pilot to go a little more far, then jean arrived, his ship was empty, he looted again my niobium floating around and asked me to mine some niobium for him (i mean i think that's what he said because he's very hard to understand). Suddenly, he opened fire and blew my ship.
A mercenary working for me saw him just after in Orkney with a Salvager named "Remnant" going from Reunion base (surprising) to Dounby.
Please warn all miners that this Jean is extremely unpredicatble , quite dangerous and must be eliminated each time he comes in Tau23. He stole me for 75M, and i'll find a way to make him regret that for a loooong time, for example as you said Jonathan by blowing his cargo each time he's spotted.
