a.Gallian freighters and transports can move outside Gallia.

b.Gallian faction ID'd ships (non-military, pirate or police factions) can move outside Gallia (this means that the ships in a. above can have escorts.)

c.Anyone can enter Gallia to buy or sell goods.
Time to move things forward. Make some deals. Any potential rules issues or other problems should be posted here.

People are not geting it. Never said anything about sirius ships entering Gallia.
Also you need to figure out "Lawful" "military" "Police" Poor admins. Going to be a Tidal Wave of Sanction reports,and flame threads.

So Lawful non Military/Police ships can enter Sirius. Not Brigands/council.
I think i will sit in Minefield taking screens. Should be fun.
