Replacing Ships

Igiss. I don't care about the bases being larger inside and the planets and stars being undersized. I've grown to accept it during the (admittedly short) time I've been playing FL. Also, I clearly stated that ships having mis-sized hangars and stuff isn't a big problem. I just gave my opinion on it, which was that it looked a little funny.

And I don't care what you say about "no ship models being removed" because you're just being really, really lazy. Part of making a game, a fangame or a game mod is that you're never going to be leaving ideas as they originally were. Things will be changed to something better whether you like it or not. Here's an example:

You can plainly see change there, and now it looks a million times better and its graphics, gameplay and overall size is good for it's generation. A lot of time and effort went into making The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time and it is still, to this day, one of the best games ever made.

Although Freelancer Discovery isn't Zelda, my main point is that change is good. Especially when that change is for the better. Don't take the lazy way out. Make the mod better.
