:lol: But Japan is insignificant due to the fact that it is dying out - much like our Kusari. Negative population growth and such. Perhaps they can build a child-bearing robot of sorts.

And back to China, ok they can (and do) send off workers to develop infrastructure in Africa, but if there is a change of government in those regions where China is active, all those efforts will be lost. China can then deploy their military to secure their investment, but that will bring them on a collision course with the rest of the world. Not gonna happen. And they still don't get fresh water, and the rural areas in China will still remain as developed as Sudan.
