Instead of RP-banning them from your bases officially and then banning them if they still dock there?

So another thing ... are local pirates now supposed to ... also not dock on your bases?
Cause I thought even vanilla RP said that they can?
Good to know that you're cutting of every smuggling income you have and becoming a lawful group of junk-collectors. Make your group part of the ALG and we are all set.
And - don't get me wrong, I don't really care what Junkers do. I'm just a bit ... let's say, confused.

Our bases are open to anyone who doesn't make trouble. If you land with goods to sell in a peaceful manner, you are welcome. If you land with the navy chasing you, I'm going to be upset.

If you land after mouthing off to someone who tells you not to and that person posts photos of the incident in a place that can get Junkers in trouble, I will be upset.
