The said Junior Constable joined our ranks on recruit rank few days ago - We are still working on his skills and this situation will be fixed asap. I agree that his RP needs to improve...I think he tried to get it short because he may not be able to type fast and as we all know - traders move fast - before you type they allready are in the lane.
Anyway - We will do our best to improve the RP level of our recruits and I believe that's what official factions are for - to help new ones get better.
