Either take a break as mentioned or get yourself back in the game and do something entertain yourself.

Go help out new players. I've noticed plenty show up from time to time in game before hitting up these forums. Unfortunately quite a few only show up for a limited one off time.

Go make a new character or something for some faction or group that you've never tried. I dunno, I can think of hundreds of things to do personally that I wanna try still.

Feel glad you've got time to spend in game where I unfortunately haven't.
Reason being I've got put up with uni exams at the moment and whole bunch of other RL things. I can imagine others are probably in the same situation. Depending what their uni semester timetable is.
