I would like to submit a formal request to amend a previously approved armament licence. I applied for the following licence (Attached material(s) link to copies of the full communiques the represent):

Ship on which equipment would be mounted: IR-7 "Raven's Talon" Very Heavy Fighter

I applied with the following diplomatic stances:

c) Liberty: Friendly
d) Rheinland: Neutral-Friendly
e) Gallia: Avoided (Unless they invade Sirius, at which point, will change to Hostile)

This licence was granted, and paid for:

I would like to submit another change to my diplomatic relations. Due to some unfortunate incidents with some outcasts attempting to extort money from a Bowex ship I was escorting, and said outcasts' resultant destruction, this is my changed relations with the Outcast nation:
Outcasts: Hostile

Considering the updated relations, and that all other information from my initial application is up-to-date and correct, I would like to request a change of my licence to allow:
6x (SIX) 11-4a "Ultra Sunrail" Bretonia Particle Cannon
1x (ONE) 10-3s "Improved Sunrail" Bretonia Particle Turret
And relinquishing my currently held licence for:
6x (SIX) 4-11b "Advanced Splitter" Bretonia Tachyon Cannon
I would also like to add that on acquiring a/some code-name weapon(s), I will replace and return an equal number of 11-4a "Ultra Sunrail" gun(s) to the nearest Armed Forces Battleship, thereby returning them for military use.

I hope there shall be no further need for me to request changes to this licence, and that I can continue to utilise only the best weapons in my effort to safeguard the Bretonian Economy, and assist in the war effort.

I was formerly know as Spiritar.
