CNS: Kishiro Breaks Ground Despite Lingering fear.

Kishiro has recently unveiled their plan for a new teraforming project and what is called to be a milestone of Kishiro technologies. However weeks past has shown new threats to the project other then the costs of building it. This new threat came to a report in New Berlin of Liberty Forces raiding and targeting Kishiro vessels. Our reporters investigates the innocent and have found transmissions and several video feeds of Liberty ships raiding New Berlin.

Shocked Kusari nationlist's and Students hit the streets of New Toyko in protest of these raids against neutral companies such as Kishiro. Screaming slogans such as "Liberty Friend or Foe!?" after a few hours passed the Emperor of Kusari demanded the protesting to cease. There after a meeting with Liberty Officials began. It is unknown to what agreement or concern was brought up with that meeting but many still feel that more needs to be done.

Even in Liberty Students protest the recent news of , and not just Kishiro, but civilians being targeted in military operations. These students were oppose to the war and now see the Liberty Government making this war into a total war. They believe that the Liberty Government is pushing this war on them and carelessly throwing lives away.

Through out Rheinland not much can be said though the increased patrols and increased border patrols suggest that they are promising not to have this happen again. No commentary was extracted from any officers from the RM.

Masanori stated in a private hearing "Those involved know what they did, and who they did it too. The Emperor will insure protection of Kishiro Technologies, but Kishiro must now make a choice. One I am burden to make." When asked personally about this event Masanori gave no statement.

CNS reporters have not found any changes to Kishiro trade routes or any reported changes to contracts as of these recent events.
