Fine, I'll assist you in the matter: It's tied in to the very hostile environment of Tau 23 on behalf of the rather vibrant vendetta the local wildlife seems to have towards the Outcasts, and the "MUST... WIN" attitude of the SCRA. Combine the two and you turn an already unpleasant place into... a more unpleasant place.
Not to mention that from an RP-purist perspective, you shouldn't even have the forces to faff around in every corner of Sirius at once.
