You find that flying through Kusari wasn't that fun if the cargo hull wasn't featuring sirius illegal goods isn't it?
Liberty lets you keep them? Good, another reason to have you drop them as this isn't Liberty, sir. You should know better.

No amount of good behaviour will overcome Kusari laws enforcing.
