To be very honest. The only thing I hated about the game was the ending.
I'll give a few things onto such scale wise. 1 worst. 10 best.
Warning. Spoilers past this part.
Game Mechanics: 8
There were a few points in which the game commands didn't do what I wanted, resulting in a frustrating death. But overall was great to play with aside from weight taking role into what you could use. I was using the engineer class and could only carry a rifle, smg and heavy pistol.
Game Quality-Music: 8
Although not much music was in the game compared to other great titles, I felt it was inspiring, some given a feeling of despair or glimmers of hope.
Game Quality-Storyline: Majority of game: 9 -- Ending: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
A few aspects of the game brought into light a few answers to many questions I had at one time throughout my Mass Effect experience. Such as what the Protheans looked or sounded, finding out the collectors were technically Protheans that were assimilated, the quarian homeworld in to how it looked like, and actually fighting on earth for once. I dont recall being able to do that in the other two games at all aside from driving on the moon in ME1.
The character progression I found to be most enjoyable. I had saved Urdnot Wrex in ME1 and it was great to see him again in the fight, to actually seeing Tali'zorah vas Normandy's face. Yes they show it which was literally for me a big "About f***ing time!!". For you Tali'zorah fans, here yah go. :ylove: It just seemed as a bit less in character development could have been done, but the ending literally destroyed any hopes I had for progressing the relationship parts between my characters. Did you notice that if sheppard and ashley hook up they get a longer scene than if he did with any of the other characters? Talk about picking favorites >.>
Overall.
aside from the ending, I think the game did alright in my degree of ending a trilogy. A solid 8.5 overall.
