I began a short shift, early this morning, expecting little activity, if any. Perhaps a few traders passing through, but usually nothing of note happens this early in the day. Or so I thought.
The following attached is a Time-log taken directly from my ship's computer, and several raw Guncam images. Put together, they show the event in more detail then I could properly explain with, so I will let them speak for themselves.
Quote:
**Log Begins**
03:35 (-14 NTST [New Tokyo Standard Time])
Solo homeland patrol started.
03:40 (-14 NTST)
Contacted by vessel identified 'Raw_power', about Gunboat pirate in Kyushu.
03:45 (-14 NTST)
First encounter with Kiyomi.Sasaki, harassing a GMG vessel, near Shinjuku Station.
03:47 (-14 NTST)
Sasaki retreats towards Kanto Field, and exits scanner range.
03:51 (-14 NTST)
First contact with Tridente 'Tortilla.de.Patata', Kyushu side of New Tokyo -> Kyushu Jump Gate.
03:52 (-14 NTST)
Short negotiation, Tridente agrees to leaving peacefully.
03:56 (-14 NTST)
IMG Cruiser, identified [IMG]-Hammer, and GC Bomber, identified Kiyomi.Sasaki, appear on Scanners.
03:56 (-14 NTST)
Tridente rescinds previous agreement, and engages a GMG transport. A further vessel identified as 'Crossroads' shows up on Scanners.
03:56 (-14 NTST)
Crossroads falls to enemy fire.
03:56 (-14 NTST)
Engagement begins.
03:59 (-14 NTST)
GMG Transport escapes along lane towards Tau-29 Jump Gate.
04:01 (-14 NTST)
[IMG]-Hammer and Tortilla.de.Patata leave scanner range. Later informed of their battle continuing through Hokkaido, until the Gunboat escaped, and the Cruiser returned to Kyushu.
04:10 (-14 NTST)
Approximate time of Cruiser's return to Kyushu. It does not re-engage the GC Bomber.
The Cruiser was warned before he entered Kusari space that such an action was not supported by Kusari law. Originally, he agreed to the point, however, at some point decided that the results of my actions would not be satisfactory, and proceeded to enter Kusari space. He did this with full knowledge of the Illegality of his movement.
While the above is fully true, I must speak in his defense; Were he not present, it may have been possible that the, as yet still Unidentified Freighter/Transport may have survived the engagement. It is also likely that both my ship, and the GMG Transport would not have had the luck that they did, or, that he had no bearing on the survival chances of the unidentified Freighter/Transport.

[1] Initial Piracy Report. [2] Partial Dialogue with Gunboat. [3] Unidentified Freighter/Transport's Death. [4] G.C. Bomber's Death. [5] Start of Ending Dialogue with IMG Cruiser. [6] End of ending Dialogue with IMG Cruiser.
After ensuring that the IMG Cruiser had indeed left Kusari space, I proceded to search for the Outcast Gunship in Kyushu, Hokkaido, and New Tokyo. I did not run across it again.
