As the 'other' concerned Gallic citizen present, I can confirm that the Outcast did not fire a shot at the mining ship (the Outcast demanded 2 million, the miner offered ore which the Outcast refused), and in short order 3 CR fighters were inbound. While I did not see much of the fight, I do agree 3 fighters versus one bomber is ridiculous.

My opinion: You take fighting too seriously.
