Not in my experience at all. Wilde do to some extent, but you can talk your way out of it by complying completely and play along - I'd say I survived roughly 1/3 of my encouters with Wilde with my cargo more or less intact, 1/3 where I dropped it all and 1/3 where I died.

When it comes to Nomads/Keepers/K'hara, I have mostly met morphs who were eager to study and learn and play... however odd that may sound - never been engaged by a nomad, but I have pewed a few.

But yeah, it will turn into full-blown terrorism if the Nomad ID gets to be open use.

I have never, ever seen a wilde or nomad try to do anything other than attempt to destroy any human ship it comes across. I've never seen one demand cargo or 'play'.

But now I'm getting sidetracked. This discussion is about nomad/wilde faction balance, not about individual behavior.
