Multi-factioning is a wonderful thing... when balanced. If you are part of an official faction (or 10) make sure you have the time to put in to make your stay worth while, or just take your leave.

Multi-factioning brings people together, but it hurts the activity of official factions. So... Yes, go out and explore, but don't leave factions you join hanging around looking for active players.

edit; also, Akura's right. Do join the opposition so you learn to appreciate them as fellow players instead of dislike them as enemies.
