You cant predict that, but i'd support this idea.

I'd also go for Order-OC-BHG new warfare in Omicrons. Problem is that Alpha and Zeta/delta/minor are connected by Nomad guard system. And ever since i started to be against adding even more systems to the mod, i fail to think of any other way of connecting paths, without interfering Iota.
