Rmorph, I think there are 2 things you don't like about current noms. Correct Me if i'm wrong.
A) they are not sirius greatest enemy
B) their rp is restricted too much compared to humans

On point a) all I can say is that there can't be greatest 2 enemies (talking about gallia).
And it wouldn't change anytime soon.

On point b) I would like to know what rp borders do you consider fitting (for example there is no way nomad can be "disconnected" or exiled from mindshare).

P.s. Open nomads is NOT something community wants. It was discussed so many times before, search is your friend.
