Well the 101st gave the Order a helping hand in relation to improving RP. Perhaps Order RP could focus on humans influenced by Nomads, seeing that most of the Nomads themselves were sent off to oblivion at the end of the Vanilla SP campaign? There's plenty of stuff for Order to do, I would think, even without blue ships all over the place.
