Simply put, Xoria even stated the LH are leaving Vespucci.
It's on the dev forums and I could quote it if Igiss lets me.
This storyline doesn't take into account every action of every player in the past 1.5 years, it was created a long time before that. As such, things have moved on since then.
From what I know (I'll test it now) the HF are in Vespucci.
When the LH, a faction run through the 'storyboard', leader comes out and says they are leaving Vespucci, I believe them.
Xeno thing is lulzworthy.
Seriously, logic would suggest that the Xenos harass Kusarian traders more due to their trading with Gallia. Then build up with those resources and help defend Liberty when the time comes.
Not go running off to shoot the most well equipped, well armed and largest military known to mankind.
Lets face it, if some Xeno's are so stupid as to think they can make a dent there, why would they have the foresight to see that if Bretonia falls, Liberty might too?
