Of course there will be whining when there is someone else deciding the Development. If Factions do it by themselves, everyone wants the Best, everyone wants to be the most Powerful and want to be larger.

I prefer it this Way. Maybe there's something wrong with some Stuff because not every Developer has the full Knowledge what Factions did over 1.5 Years, but well not everyone gets the Chocolate Ice Cream.

I don't know how many People are in the Developers Team, but I can understand some People how they are feeling, when they think that their Faction is being tossed around and nerfed to Hell, like Outcasts and other Factions suddenly go straight up from the Ground like Corsairs and Factions suddenly cut Relationships with Factions they normally need to survive like Corsairs and Zoners, Corsairs and Order.

Would be like me deciding to go hostile with the Outcasts.
